HTR Logistics Joins U.S. EPA SmartWay® Transport Partnership
HTR Logistics announced that it joined the SmartWay® Transport Partnership, a public-private partnership between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the freight industry. SmartWay is a market-driven initiative that empowers businesses and fleets to drive supply chain efficiency and resiliency, while protecting public health, reducing air pollution, and restoring American energy dominance.
HTR Logistics will contribute to the Partnership’s savings of 397 million barrels of oil and 170 million metric tons of CO2. This is equivalent to eliminating annual energy use in over 26 million homes. By joining the SmartWay Transport Partnership, HTR Logistics demonstrates its strong environmental leadership and commitment to corporate responsibility.

The Partnership currently has over 4,000 Partners, including shippers, logistics companies, truck, rail, barge, and multimodal carriers.
